Zoe is a Breathwork Coach, Consciousness Coach, Yoga Teacher and ex-Nurse who teaches holistic methods for finding more joy, empowerment and balance in everyday life.

Her work is built on a single belief: health is created from the inside out. In each session she creates a safe, supported space for you to make real shifts — mentally, emotionally and physically. Whether you're moving through stress, burnout or a season of change, the breath is the bridge home.

Transformational Breathwork Journey.

A 2-hour, deeper-than-Wednesday journey at Pilates Limber Fitness in Kilsyth. Guided breathwork, somatic bodywork, and a visioning circle to anchor what comes through.

Co-facilitated with Shane Hamilton (certified hypnotherapist, Reiki Master, sound healer). Bring a yoga mat, water, journal, blanket — and an open mind.

Questions before you join.

Completely. The Wednesday practice is built for first-timers. Zoe guides every breath. Your only job is to lie down, follow her voice, and let your body do what it already knows how to do.
A quiet space, a yoga mat or blanket, headphones, and a glass of water. Optional: a journal for after, an eye pillow, dim lighting. That's it.
Life happens. The membership is built around the live ritual — but missed sessions don't roll over and there's no penalty. Just show up the next week.
Breathwork isn't recommended during pregnancy, with epilepsy, recent surgery, cardiovascular conditions, or while on heavy medications that affect breathing. If anything's flagged in your health history, check with your GP first or message Zoe directly.
